Show PID in pagetree

In many cases it is useful if the PID of a page is displayed inside the pagetree. So, you don't have to place your cursor over the page and wait a second.

Pagetree with page ids

This is done by placing a short config in the TSconfig of the backend-user or the backend-group. The result is a pagetree like you can see it on the image on the right.
