DynaFlex moved to TYPO3xdev

I just moved the code of DynaFlex from the old commerce subversion to TYPO3xdev. So you can now checkout the most recent code whenever you want. Or you can use the nightly builds that are created every night. The most recent version in subversion is 1.8.1. It's the same version as in TER.
