In my last request for comments post, I got some feedback about the comments here. Some mentioned, that it would be cool to have an RSS feed from the comments in this blog.

I wanted this too for a long time and this weekend I started to implement this and now I'm done. I extended the timtab_latestcomments extension from Frank Nägler and and added  an RSS feed to it like tt_news provides this feature.

First I tried to use some third party extension that can aggregate any type of content to RSS feeds but somehwo that didn't worked as I expected it. One time it doesn't created nice links or it just creates a new dataset for each RSS item beside the original article. I don't like such approaches. Eventually I decided to do it on my own and implement it into an already existing extension to do not everything from scratch. :-)

I sent the changes to Frank already and I think he will use that code for future releases.
