Hi,
Til Obes from OKG-Computer has released the first BETA version of a TYPO3 update-package-generator. The tool let you decide from which to which version you want to update your TYPO3 version and it creates a package with the changed files for you and send you the download link via e-mail. Be patient, it takes some minutes until the email arrives.
