Hi,
the first message today is about an update but not about the final version of TYPO3. Rupert "Rupi" Germann has announced the new tt_news version this morning. You can read his message in the english or german list (Sorry, but a link is not possible). A changelog for the new version can be found here. After some troubles with uploading the manuals it can be read here.
I will update the tt_news this evening I think. But there is another big think we're looking forward to. The TYPO3 3.8.0 final tha should be released this day...
