Nice german update manual

Hi,

Jochen Weiland has written a nice manual about updating to TYPO3 3 .8.0 in german. It very detailed und with this, everybody should be able to make the update. It's written for updating TYPO3 on a UNIX system where you have a shell account. Jochen pronounced that he will release a manual for windows systems the next days.

While the first manuals arriving we're still waiting for the official announcement of TYPO3 3.8.0... ;)
