Official announcement of TYPO3 3.8.0 and 3.7.1

Hello,

this morning Dominic Brander has announced the final TYPO3 3.8.0 and the update 3.7.1 officially. You can read the announcement on the Association Homepage. Thomas Esders wrote a paper where the new features of TYPO3 3.8.0 are described. It's available as OpenOffice Writer File at the Association Homepage or as PDF at the end of this message. ;)

The packages for the new versions can be found at TYPO3.org.
