Switch to tt_news

Hello once again,

as I just recognized, TYPO3.org and the Association page where switched to tt_news as Homepage Newssystem. Maybe we can expect an official TYPO3 Newsfeed!? Sounds nice? I think so. Hopefully they post more news than in the past with the new system.?

But hey, I don't want to tread on somebody's toes. It's getting better! :-)
