Hi,

some minutes ago, Michael Stucki posted the reason for the unavailability of the newsserver the last days. It was a hardware crash. Here is his original message:

"Dear all,

the after a hardware crash last Sunday, the mailing list server is back again.

All data could be restored from a backup, however some mails which were posted during Saturday and Sunday have vanished.

Some newsgroup clients might have problems that new postings don't appear. The reason for this is that their message counter is still at a higher position as the newsserver.

Sorry for the trouble."
