TYPO3 API on typo3-unleashed.net

A few minututes ago, I wrote that the TYPO3 API on ueckermann.de is offline. So I decided to build the doxygen documenation by myself. And here it is... It's not perfect but I'm still playing around with the doxygen options.

Depending on the traffic, the API causes it can be that it's only available until the TYPO3 docteam provides a current version of the API.
