Hi,
I worked on dynaflex the last days and I implemented some nice new features. The most important thing in my opinion is the possibility to change the flexform depending on other fields on the form. It's possible to "ask" fields in the general form (like header or pages) or inside the flexform which is actually a xml strcuture inside the pi_flexform field for example.
This gives you a lot of new possibilities. You can add a number of tabs depending on a input field for example. This is also one of the news. With the new version you can add a number of sheets to the flexform and not only a single one. Another great thing are the recursive modifications. An example: You add a number of sheets depending on an input field. Each of that sheets has a select box for content elements as default input field.
Now with recursive modifications you can realize, that other input fields are created on the sheet depending on the values that are setted by the content selector. And all this without a single line of PHP code. OK, the dynaflex configuration array is PHP code but you know what I mean. ;-)
I also enhanced the singleUserFunc method. Now it's possible to return a multifield configuration. That means, that you are not limited to a single field at this point. Actually you can return as much fields as you want. :-)
I hope I can release the version until the end of this week. I have to some further testing before releasing. But I will provide a prerelease download here this eveneing I think. So, if you are interested, come back. :-)
Greets,
Thomas
