AJAX Clickmenus

Hi,

Sebastian Kurfuerst has released a patch for BUG 1577. He implemented the clickmenus for the pagetree with AJAX. He says that the menus appears about 1 second faster than with the old technique. He provides a patch in the bugtracking system.
