Robert Lemke announced that he has started the alpha test for the upcoming TER2. It's a very basic implementation that "only" contains the features the current version already has. If you are a developer, you're invited to test it by registering extension keys, uploading extensions and manuals and all the stuff that is related to the TER.
If this tests are finished and everything works fine, he will start implementing all that fancy stuff that is planned for the TER2. ;-)
If you're interested in the URL to the server, please read Roberts post in the developers mailinglist (t.dev). Robert asked for not making the server too public because it's a small machine that can't handle too much load. :-)
