there is a new section on typo3.org available. It's called "Developement" and, oh wonder, it's about developing TYPO3. ;-)

On the new page you can find some general information about how you can contribute to TYPO3 and links to the most important pages. You also find the bigger projects around TYPO3 and all the articles that where released the last months.
