Security Bulletins for chc_forum and th_mailformplus

Today there where to critical bugs found. One in chc_form which allows inserting of malicious code in comments. And the second in th_mailformplus. Here an attacker can insert additional recipients in mail forms.

Both issues are already fixed and should be updated from TER if you are using one of the extensions.
