TYPO3 4.0 beta1 is out

Hi,

the first beta of the upcomming major release of TYPO3 (4.0) can be downloaded for testing! :-) The release notes can be found on typo3.org. I will try it the next days when I have a little bit more time.

If you're testing the new version and if you find any bugs, please report them to bugs.typo3.org and select "4.0beta1" as the version.
