extension upload to TER2

Hi,

Robert Lemke just announced that he has solved the problems with uploading to the TER2 from the extension manager under several circumstances. To be honest, I didn't tested the upload for a long time, so I can't say anything about this issue, but it must be very serious if a news item on TYPO3.org is released. ;-)
