Upgrade to TYPO3 4.0

Hi,

now I have updated typo3-unleashed.net to TYPO3 4.0. It went very well so far. The only thing I had to do was updating timtab and re-linking "index.php" to a new location.

I hope that everything is fine now. If you find an error or something that doesn't work as aspected mail me at thomas(at)typo3-unleashed.net.
