the ECT has made the TYPO3 sources available through the dev-tool trac. Jan-Hendrik Heuing is mirroring the sources from sourceforge and make them available. It's quite nice to browse the sources this way and keep track of the changes that are made.

There is not only the core sources available. The sources from the T3XDEV project are vrowsable too. I'm not sure, how often the sources are synchronized from SF, but I think a simple "svn up" can be done more than twice a day. ;-)
