Michael Stucki has published the most recent versions of the TYPO3 docs. :-) The updated docs are: Core API, Coding Guidelines, Inside TYPO3, TSRef, TSconfig, Indexed Search Manual and TypoScript Syntax and In-depth Study.
The files are available on Sourceforge or in the doc section on typo3.org
