TYPO3 4.0.2 in the pipeline

Hello,

Michael Stucki has announced the RC1 of TYPO3 4.0.2. As usual for a n.n.X release, this one contains no new features but some bugfixes for the major version 4.0.

Additionally, Michael has written a small guide about the release workflow.
