Hi,
today version 4.0.1 of TYPO3 was released. It's a 100% bugfix release without any new features. A complete list can be found in the file NEWS.txt which is delivered with the source package.
The work on 4.0.2 has already been started and the next version with new features won't be 4.5 but 4.1. The brainstorming for 4.1 will take place in the wiki.
I will provide the doxygen documentation tomorrow morning. :-)
