Why there is no manual...

Hello,

Robert Lemke has introduced a new feature to the TER on typo3.org. When there is no manual availabel for an extension, no matter for the reason, there is just a small hint "Not available". In some cases this because the author has simply not uploaded anything but in most cases (I guess) it is because the manual couldn't be rendered or was not rendered at that time.

Now comes the feature. Beside the "not available" statement you'll find a link called "Why?". Click on it and it will tell you why the manual is not available. Nice feature I think, even if think it would have been better if the reason is proclaimed in short words directly on the extension page. Anyway, thanks for this improvement.

Greets,

Thomas

I found another one: downloads are divided by all/version again!
