Good morning,
this is the day after the first ride on a board. Well, I must say I feel pretty fine. I feared the aching muscels a lot but we bought some magnesium and I think helps me that I can move at all. ;-) But I guess I need a bit more warm-up than yesterday!
So, and now I hope the breakfast is ready!
