Martin Herr, Andy Lenz and Olivier Dobberkau have created a nice portal for all TYPO3 enthusiasts who want to let others know what they are interested in and what they are working on. The goal is to bring people together to make things happen.
As Ingo already said in his blog. Stop talking, start doing!
This portal is called T3ONE and you should have a look at it right now! :-)

Hopefully once we clean up the Stuff, sure. We want to add some more functions to it, so that we can handle donations too.
