Hello,

last friday, 12 people from the usergroup Hamburg where in Hannover to spend a nice day.

First stop was the office of yeebase. Andy and Jan showed us the rooms and their publishing system. We created an example article which hopefully can be read in the next issue of the magazine. ;-)

After that demonstration we went over to the trade area and listened to a speech of Daniel Brün who showed us the CMP3 framework. CMP3 stands for Cross-Media-Publishing-for-TYPO3 (I guess) and makes it possible to administrate your content at one place and publish it on various channels like web, print or whatever. And no, it's no replacement for the T3N system!

After that speech, Kasper had speech about ten years of TYPO3. Yes, TYPO3 is 10 years old. He described how it all began and what the future might bring. I'm not sure if there will be any material available but if I hear something I'll let you know of course.

When the speeches where finished we went to the stand of the TYPO3 partner network. On their stand we tried out the CMP3. You could send an MMS to the system and it printed out a flyer with you sent image. Neat!

At 6pm the trade closed for visitors and standparties began. we stayed there until 10pm I guess and than went back to Hamburg. At 1am the next morning I was back at home. It was a very nice day and I want to say thank you to all people who helped me to organize that event. Once again, the usergroup Hamburg made it possible. ;-)
