Hi,
Robert Lemke has published a promised draft about TypoScript 2.0. The configuration language for the next Major Release of TYPO3 (5.0 not 4.X).
In this early concept he describes what TypoScript actually is and how the syntax could look like in the future. I spoke with Robert some days ago and I like what he showed me. In my opinion, the changes make much sense and TypoScript becomes much easier from a developers point of view.
Keep in mind that this is an early draft - so feel invited to join the discussion the general TYPO3 5.0 mailinglist!
Greets,
Thomas
P.S.: I hope I can join the 5.0 team very soon!
