Mathias Schreiber organized a meeting this weekend where he and the attendees try to overhaul typo3.org. The meeting goes from Friday to Saturday and should cover the following topics:

• Define focus groups (maybe utilizing a persona concept)
• Define a "master" pagetree based on the results of the focus group meeting.
• A streamlined list of modules and reposibilities
• plan resources / plan timings / define teamheads / define milestones
