TYPO3 Version 4.1.3

Hi,

Ingmar Schlecht has announced version 4.1.3 of TYPO3. This bugfix release fixes various bugs in the 4.1 branch but as usual does not contain any new features.

The bugfixes mainly addressed HTMLarea and IRRE. A changelog can be read on the wiki page
