On my runs Typo3 Web 4.2. It is the message that I have a greater need PHP version.

Hhmm... I don't understand your question. I guess you mean if you need a hight PHP version for 4.2 than for older TYPO3 versions, right? Answer: Yes! TYPO3 4.2 needs at least PHP 5.2.0 to run.
