Hi,
when the first beta of the iPhone SDK came out I took my first steps in this new world. You might know that I stopped my efforts only a few days later because of the deficiencies in the SDK. Anyway, Apple has now announced the firmware 2.0 and the iPhone 3G.
This is the time when I will get one of this neat little tech toys and I also want to do some coding on that platform. The big problem is that I don't have an idea what to do on the device.
So I ask you if you have a cool idea that should be realized. If the project sounds interesting I would like to do it as my first iPhone project. It should not be to complex of course but on the other hand I don't think that we need just another to-do list. ;-)
If you have a cool idea you want to see on the iPhone post it here or write me an email. I'm also open for doing it together of course!
I'm very curious to hear your ideas!
Greets,
Thomas

Hi!
I have an idea which might sound stupid, but i think, this could be a funny application which should not be hard to implement (i guess...):
A dial plate. The thing the first phones had... I hope, you know, what i mean...
I think about a dial plate on the display which you control with your finger...
Good?

Well, one can live only so long by basically exploiting oneself, so I think it's very understood in...
As you mentioned above, " it is much faster to copy and paste the needed stuff from other files." ...
Thanks for your great work and good luck!
